Another headache

For all my life i have been getting headaches. Sometimes they last for days, sometimes weeks. A doctor in the 80's told me , "When you get a headache, goto the hospital." He was afraid of giving me medicine as i am allergic to morphine & aspirin. I have been fighting these headaches for many years until i talked to my new doctor a couple years ago who sent me to a neurologist. I now only get them occasionally this week being one of them. I started sometime thursday i think and its finally over now. Im sitting here having my morning coffee when i see someone following me on twitter. The name is catchy so i look at his profile. I learned ALOT looking at his homepage. http://www.clusterheadachefoundation.com/ the 1st paragraph ought to make you understand. My headaches are called the "Suicide Disease" , and i can totally understand that. I dont know how many times i have had them that bad, wishing the pounding would stop, having the nausea  on top of it. Yep. yep. Thought i would share.

I hope you all had a happy mothers day. My day was pretty uneventful mad the Mrs steak on the grill, roasted broccoli and garlic, and parmeasean couscous. Fabulous!
I think the weather was in the 80s today hot enough but not too hot. Now (almost 8pm) there's a nice cool breeze.

#sponsored #novartis So two weeks ago I went to a Social Media Summit there were about 20 people there, and we spoke about psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis and living with those symptoms. These folks were amazing they knew so much about me, all from following me on social media. They all seem very interested in me and treated me like a celebrity it was quite enjoyable actually. so I decided that from now on I should spend a few minutes every Sunday and update my blogs spend a day spend a couple minutes everyday and Twitter something post on Facebook somehow reach out and try to talk to people try to educate them try to let them know anything and everything that I can about this horrible disease and how to live better with it it's not easy but we must just take it for what it is and keep plugging along always look on the brighter side things will get better there are better medications coming out every day they're working on something different everyday for one step closer to a cure I'm fairly new to this disease as I was diagnosed in 2007 and a 2009 had a second dr pretty much verify with the first doctor said that was it and from 2009 on its been a quest to find a better life in late 2011 I want to up with psoriatic arthritis here it is March 2015 and when I wake up in the morning if im on my back it takes 15 minutes to get out of bed I have to roll over onto one side the paint is incredible its my lower back it'll all be fine in a couple of months it'll be nice and warm will be spring again but during the winter it's hell. Sorry this is such a quick update but I do have time it's cooking my corned beef and cabbage I hope you all have a happy Saint Patty's Day and I'll see you next week love you all.

I guess i should try for more regular updates. on Monday Jan 3, 2011 i will become a Client Technologies Analyst. This will save me from the unemployment line, and this marks my first career change since 1988. After repeated layoffs as a Computer Operator im hoping this is a good career choice. Im sure it is as i see people needing the helpdesk all the time. Plus my team will be doing fun things like rolling out windows 7 and office 2010 across the organization. I look forward to both the new year and new career.

here we go again!

we were all notified that my department is being moved to another state. we however are not invited. this is what happened in my previous position as well. Since i have been laid-off from everywhere now i think a lateral move to another department maybe in order. I have applied and interviewed in another department here, lets see what happens. also i really do need to start writing more here. any tips? Should i put it in my daily planner to update my blog from day to day? Or is this more fun? lol, people?

Long time no see

Well i started a new job in July, now m a Computer Operator for DressBarn Inc. Nice job but the hours are a little rough.

wow its been a loooong time. i got laid off, and went camping and well. not alot has happened i am still looking for a job....
